In Progress!

For All Ages

A newer game that the kids, and adults too, love is Throw Throw Burrito. This versus game is complete with soft-ish items to bean one another with if you draw Battle cards or get silly. Exploding Kittens also has versions such as Throw Throw Avocado and Zombie Burrito

Throw Throw Burrito

A few others we enjoy are games where players must “hammer” items delicately like this Penguin game.

One of my favorites is building the Rube Goldberg machines of Mousetrap. The kids giggle every time the crank is turned in anticipation of what’s to come!

Lorcana has become popular in our house since everyone can participate. I love to step in with a Villains deck my partner prepared for me. One kid is slaying with a Princess deck with some ferocious fairies. Their WHAT VERSION contains a cooperative agenda where multiple decks play alongside one another to defeat a bigger enemy. We’ve played and yet to unseat Ursula.

Unboxed and unchallenged is Jafar, waiting in the wings for his curtain call.

Taco Bell the Card Game

Taco Bell Run is one of my favorite all ages game. With literal orders to fill, players vie to complete characters’ requests. Colorful and speedy - this one keeps us hungry for more!

Kim-Joy's Magic Bakery

Cats are cool in our household. Two games that incorporate cats and cuteness are: Future Me Problems and Kim-Joy’s Magic Cafe.

Future Me Problems introduces problems to be dealt with while putting off “Large Important Task” as long as possible. The one who delays the longest wins! Totally relatable!

Kim-Joy’s Magic Bakery is a cooperative challenge where the group must work together to cater orders quickly in this whimsical world. You may recognize her from the Great British Bake-Off

Bibliophiles of all ages will enjoy curating bookshelves in Ex Libris. With rules for varying ranges of play, everyone enjoys working through the alphabet and collecting volumes on varying subjects, such as: Corrupted Codices. I enjoy the tiny gnomes used as game pieces.
